Training
Training consists of seven stages: assessment, proposal, due diligence, contracting, transition, governance and transfer. Each of the seven stages is described in chronological order below.

The primary phase of PSN assessment directs an evaluation according clients sourcing needs. Since this stage includes building up a task design, distinguishing an initiative group and revamping preparing assets, it is regularly the most troublesome.
Once PSN done with assessment, we identify which employee have the capabilities to best match for required needs. In order to get information, PSN create and send the documents to our clients about their requirements along with job postings and number of employees required.
This is the PSN special process of gathering and evaluating information about each employee capabilities in order to form a structured and solid relationship of employee with job.
This stage occurs once, employees are prepared to formalize their job contract through a written agreement with PSN. PSN mention the specific terms and condition in agreement for employees to sign a contract.
After the contract is signed, the employee of PSN begins transitioning job responsibilities as per requirement.
This stage is typically the longest because it involves managing the business and maintaining a working relationship throughout the duration of the contract
The last stage of Training, the transfer of employees resources and responsibilities according to the job.
